03/17/2020 Update: Because of the need for "social distancing" (had anyone ever heard that term before a week ago?) our lobby will be closed to the public until further notice.

​Our goal is to help keep things moving as near "normal" as we can, while maintaining the best safety measures for our clients and our staff.

1 - please mail your rent payment to PO Box 1952, Ocean Shores WA 98569.

2 - if you have a maintenance emergency or need to make an appointment, please call us at 360-289-4999/360-940-7245. If we are unable to answer, please leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

3 - let us know if we can help with anything. We'll help in any way that we can.

We appreciate the trust you place in our team. We want to ensure you that we will be taking every available precaution during this time.

We understand that everyone has been affected by the corona virus situation and that closures and cancellations are happening faster than we can keep up with.

As this situation is evolving, we want to make you aware that we will be evolving and doing whatever is needed for your safety, protection and peace of mind.

We will be cleaning and sanitizing common surfaces, door handles, counter tops, coffee makers, money etc. We are keeping up to date on all CDC, Local and Federal Government requirements and requests.

We've always tried very hard to accommodate those of you who prefer paying rent with cash. That said, we would appreciate very much, heading into a new rent month, for your safety and ours, if you would consider paying rent by mail. Money orders can be purchased at IGA or the Post Office, and money orders or cashier's checks may be obtained through your bank.

For those of you living in multi-units, please check on your neighbors. If you or a neighbor has a need, please let us know and if we are able to help, we will be happy to do so.

If we all pull together, we can do this!
